Track League Players Payments and Balances ...
Golf League Secretary can keep track of members league payments and balances. The initial amount due and due date is set for each player, then as players make payments, the balance is maintained. If a balance is still due after the due date, GLS will list the account as past due.
An Accounting Report can be created at any time that lists each league member, with their account status. This report will show initial amount due, payments made, balance due, whether the account is current, past due or paid in full. The league Accounting Report is generated from the Query Control Panel.
